How discreet is the packaging?
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no brand or product images. The parcel shows your address and the carrier's tracking label; international parcels also carry a customs declaration with a neutral description of the contents.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, with tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
To most countries in the world, except those where intimate products are prohibited. Delivery is free on orders of €49 or more, otherwise €4.90. A few products cannot be shipped to certain countries: if that is the case for your order, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Are the products body-safe?
Each product page lists the materials as declared by the manufacturer. Clean your toy before and after every use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, and pair silicone toys with a water-based lubricant.
Can I return a product?
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products that arrived sealed can only be returned while the seal is unbroken. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right, as provided by law.
