Reviews on Siluniva are collected and hosted for us by Judge.me (Judge.me Ltd, London), a review platform used by many online shops.
Who can write a review
Anyone can write a review from a product page. Reviews from people whose email address matches an order in our shop carry a verified-buyer badge; reviews without the badge could not be matched to an order. After delivery we may also email customers an invitation to review what they bought.
What we publish
We check every review before it appears, and we publish positive and negative reviews alike. A review is published within 14 days unless it breaks these rules: unlawful or offensive content, sexually explicit images, advertising or spam, or text that is not about the product or the purchase. Photos and videos added to a review go through the same check. Personal details written in a review, such as phone numbers or email addresses, are hidden with asterisks. We never change what a customer writes; we may reply publicly.
No incentives
We do not pay for reviews and we do not offer discounts, gifts or other benefits in exchange for a review. We do not import reviews from other websites or marketplaces.
Ratings and dates
The average rating is calculated from all published reviews. By default, reviews are listed from the most recent. The date shown next to each review is the date it was written.
Your data
When you write a review, Judge.me processes your name (as you choose to show it), your email address and your review on our behalf, to publish it. Your email address is never shown. More about how we handle personal data in our Privacy policy.
