Refund policy

These conditions apply to every order, wherever you live.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; if your order arrives in several parcels, 14 days after the last one.

How to withdraw

Use the Cancel contract here link at the bottom of every page of our shop: fill in the form and press Confirm cancellation. You can also send us a clear statement by email to hello@siluniva.com or by post to the address below, for example with the model form at the end of this page (using it is not obligatory). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not shipped yet, use the same link: we cancel it and refund you in full.

Sealed intimate products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. If a product arrives in sealed packaging (for example shrink-wrapped or closed with a seal label) and you break the seal, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase of that product. Products that arrive without a seal, and sealed products whose seal is intact, can be returned.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you told us about your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please use a tracked service and write your order number inside the parcel.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fee for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty or not as described

If a product is faulty or not as described, write to us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem: under the legal guarantee we repair, replace or refund it, and we pay for any return we ask you to make.
