Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. We send you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. You will see each order, its status and its tracking.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is then 7 to 15 business days after dispatch; in a few countries, including Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Malta and Romania, allow 10 to 22 business days. The first tracking update can take 2 to 3 days to appear.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no brand or product images. The parcel shows your address and the carrier's tracking label; international parcels also carry a customs declaration describing the contents.
