Terms of service

1. Who we are. Siluniva (siluniva.com) is operated by Confezione Fil.Pal. (Conf. Fil.Pal. di Palmitessa Angela Raffaella), Via Callano 161/163, 76121 Barletta (BT), Italy, VAT IT04008720726 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@siluniva.com.

2. Who can buy. Our products are intimate products for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use this shop and place an order. Our shop is intended for consumers buying for personal use.

3. Products. Each product page states the specifications declared by the manufacturer. Our images are visuals created from the manufacturer’s product photos, so colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.

4. Orders and contract. The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer. When you press the order button at checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. If we cannot deliver a product to your address, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies to your order. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay with the methods offered at checkout; payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Delivery. We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Orders ship with tracking. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply; where we collect them at checkout, you will see them before you pay.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns. Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as explained in our Returns policy, which also explains the exception for sealed intimate products whose seal has been broken after delivery. To withdraw, use the Cancel contract here link at the bottom of every page.

8. Legal guarantee. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists when the goods are delivered, under the legal guarantee of conformity of your country (in the European Union, at least two years from delivery). Write to us with your order number and a description of the problem; we will repair, replace or refund as the law provides.

9. Use of the products. Read the instructions supplied with each product before use and follow them. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud, nor any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data. We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please write to us first. Consumers in the European Union can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre of their country (ECC-Net).

13. Changes. The version of these terms in force when you place your order applies to that order.
